At Ink Flow Innovations, we value our customers and aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within the following timeframes:

Printers & Photocopiers: within 14 days of the delivery date.
Consumables (Toners, Ink, Developers): within 7 days, provided items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Unfortunately, returns or refunds cannot be accepted after these periods.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
Opened or used consumables cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
Products should not be returned directly to the manufacturer.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Email us at info@inkflows.co.ke with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will respond with return authorization and instructions.
Ship the item to the address provided within 7 days of approval.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding refund approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

6. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for high-value items.

7. Order Cancellations & Delivery Issues

If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us immediately at info@inkflows.co.ke or 0700 003 022.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Ink Flow Innovations will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.

8. Consumer Protection

All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Kenya Consumer Protection Act No. 46 of 2012, ensuring fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction in every transaction.
