At Ink Flow Innovations, we are committed to customer satisfaction and quality service. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within the following timeframes:
Printers & Photocopiers – within 14 days of the delivery date.
Consumables (Toners, Ink, Developers) – within 7 days, if unopened and in original condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds after these periods.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
Opened or used consumables cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Do not return products to the manufacturer directly.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please:
Email info@inkflows.co.ke with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide return authorization and instructions.
Return the item to the address provided within 7 days of approval.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
